State Games of Mississippi

1) Games are subject to start 15 mins prior to game time
2) Home team provides the game ball
3) All players must be on the Roster at game start
4) No player may be on two teams in one division
5) 14 minute halves for 12/13U Girls and Boys
6) 16 minute halves for 14/15U Girls and 15/16U Boys
7) Running clock except for last 2 minutes of each half
8) 5 fouls player fouls out
9) 2 full timeouts and 1 :30sec timeout per half for each team
10) 1st overtime 4 mins and 2nd 3 mins each with running clocks
